I offer a unique blend of traditional and holistic massage techniques & therapies blended with the efficiency off advanced healing modalities & massage tools for the body, such as Gua Sha, Wood Therapy, reflexology, trigger point therapy, lymphatic drainage, prenatal oil and Rebozo massage and postpartum care. Theses tools and different techniques combined together in massage therapy and postpartum care can help realise tension & stress, while also promoting improved circulation, pain relief & lymphatic drainage to the body system.

The Rebozo is used in some of my massage treatments and assist me as an extension of my arms for support and are extremely affective for sore back & neck, stiff joints, somatic realise, womb health, fertility & womb/pelvic alignment. Also for prenatal Rebozo massage ready for preparation for baby birth & for pain relief.
These incredible techniques with the Rebozo are traditionally from Mexico and I was supported and taught by devoted Mexican Midwife and teacher Naoli Viner.
The firm hold of the Rebozo allows you to feel held and let go deeper in to breath and nervous system regulation.
