Her approach to massage, holistic medicines, pregnancy and postpartum care came as a passion and way of being since her own pregnancy as a mother with her daughter at 16. 

Though much growing and learning and diving deep into different holistic approaches for woman's womb and body health though varies incredible teachers over the years, she blends all therapy's into her offerings creating a unique and deeply devotional cynical living and assisting women though many stages of life including fertility, pregnancy and postpartum care.

Clairas extensive knowledge and innovative methods have been developed & uniquely blended after training with many different styles of massage and doula care from across the globe, such as Thai Massage and reflexology and doula care rooted in Mexican traditions. These modalities are then fused together into sessions for every individual women’s treatment.

 

Claira is deeply rooted, integrated & continues education for women’s health & reproductive practices. Claira has earned her reputation for being able to address a range of Womb, Body and Fertility health concerns effectively with the methods & medicine of massage this include in particular lymphatic drainage, fertility challenges, assisting in recovery of endometriosis, fibroids & hormonal imbalances.
