SOMATIC FACIAL
The Somatic Facial is an advanced Lymphatic Facial & Reflexology healing session that focuses on regulating the nervous system and fostering the parasympathetic state while draining the face and neck & chest to clear stagnation and realise tension.
Starting with a gentle foaming cleanser & hot towel for the face & neck to first cleanse & clear the skin, I then apply organic serums & oils using intentional, intuitive touch on the reflex points on the face, then a lymphatic drainage massage that also focuses on the neck, shoulders & chest area for absolute realise of fluid and stagnation build up.
This treatment unwinds fascia and releases emotional, energetic, and physical blockages stored in the face. Combining myofascial release, facial reflexology & Ice Globes. You also receive a neck to chest massage that will also travel down your arms to your hands were you will receive further reflexology for your palms. Clients experience immediate results, including relieved facial & jaw tension, reduced inflammation, and a visibly uplifted glow—both in appearance and spirit.

THE SCULPT
The Sculpt is an advanced and facial Lymphatic Drainage holistic treatment that enhances lymphatic flow in the face and neck and promotes facial rejuvenation and clears fluid and stagnation. I will begin as always with a gentle foaming cleanser and hot towel for the face and neck to cleanse and clear the skin. This therapy combines very gentle & light face & neck massage movements that is as smooth & light as silk, combining with lymphatic drainage targeting tension in the scalp, head, neck, and jaw, including TMJ relief. The result is reduced puffiness, improved circulation, pain relief and a more sculpted facial contour, leaving clients feeling refreshed and relaxed.

VITALITY
Vitality is an 75 minute body massage treatment that is designed & tailored to your body’s pacific wants & needs.
Choose this massage if you would like to add on a little extra massage such as a womb, head, face or feet massage. Your choice!
Think a soft tissue massage with an added 15 minutes. This massage is a gateway to renewal & Vitality offers this.
Choose from deeply relaxing, soft & gentle touch massage that can gently assist you into a deeper state of calm & nervous system regulation, or deep tissue massage for the body with assistance in recovery & realise from tension & muscle pain.
You can incorporate a Womb & Abdomen massage within this session.
You can share with me on the day of your treatment what you would like to receive.

Experience the real feel of a hole body massage from head to toe, including the womb & abdomen area.
This is a deeply nourishing, relaxing & healing experience while working on the hole body while using a fusion of organic oils in pacific areas of the body for realising & relief. I also weave in trigger point therapy, reflexology & rebozo massage for the face, neck & womb area.
This holistic massage treatment is a beautiful gift to yourself or a loved one & is also highly recommended for women on a fertility journey, womb health journey. These treatments also come as part of my special ‘BUNDLE’ packages.

THE LOTUS
A Lotus massage is designed for women who are on a fertility or womb health journey but can also be a gift to self. Here I concentrate on your back with deep tissue realise, then trigger point therapy on the pelvis, glutes & on the point areas next to your spine, think reflexology for the back! This together with Womb & Abdominal massage & reflexology & then Rebozo massage is a delish and gentle realising experience. The Womb & abdominal massage helps to relax the organs & uterus. It is a non-invasive massage technique that focuses to support women’s abdominal, reproductive, digestive and pelvic health.
On a structural level; the womb is realigned, stagnant blood is given space to move, circulation is increased in the womb, ovaries and fallopian tubes, adhesions and scar tissue begin to break down… this improves blood, nerve and lymph flow, allowing a detox, unwind and multilayered relaxation to take place.
These sessions serve to remind women of their innate power and how to use this as a resource centre moving forward.

WARM WOMB CASTOR OIL
This treatment is especially affective for those who are on a fertility and womb health journey or you would like a general detox for your womb and organs. The castor oil is heated up and massaged gently around your womb and abdomen area and then lovingly wrapped to penetrate and seal in heat. While your womb soaks up the Castor Oil and it does its magic, you are treated to a head, neck and shoulder massage and then finished with a foot and reflexology massage focused on the flex points within the feet for fertility and womb health tailored to your body needs. This is a very relaxing, deep cleansing and detoxifying treatment that I would recommend to any women.

THE FLOW
The Flow is a non surgical Lymphatic Drainage massage for the body. Its an ancient technique that has received a recent resurgence in the modern wellness worlds as people are now understand how important this is as a treatment for your body's drainage system to help it flush out toxins.
I use light gentle and repetitive rhythmic movements, gliding, compressing and hand pressure to stimulate microcirculation and lymph drainage to help move fluid around the body effectively, ensuring it does not get clogged anywhere.
I also use Wood Therapy during some of these treatments.
Wood tools help to target cellulite prone ares, smoothing out skin texture and promoting a firmer appearance. The wooden tools help top break down fat deposits and stimulate blood flow.
You can combine this massage with the Lymphatic Facial treatment also.
